    Please use this chart to find entrees that are often served in the RRUCLA Dining Commons. This chart was created to help you make healthy choices on what you eat. The rating system is as follows:

    3 apples were given to choices that are the healthiest, they are the lowest in sodium (Na), saturated fat, have a good ration of monounsaturated fats to polyunsaturated fats, and are well balanced in terms of calories, protein, and fat.

    2 apples were given to choices that are healthy, but may be high in sodium (Na), saturated fat, or may not have the optimal ratio of monounsaturated to polyunsaturated fats.

    1 apple was given to choices that are still good for you, but may be higher in sodium (Na), saturated fat, and/or not have an optimal ratio of monounsaturated to polyunsaturated fats.

    Also provided is information for additional entrees that can be eaten as part of a healthy diet, though we encourage you to choose items that contain one or more apples.
